[Resolved] Star Cj Alive — Complaint about Faulty HCL calling TAB | |

We have very bad impression about starCJ. My Order No : [protected]
As we are register in star cj & we keep watching star CJ at home we have book many item from star cj also.
In 17 Apr 2014 we booked one HCL calling tab in phone booking & Ms tanvi is attended of that call, she didn’t give any information about product guideline & fault repairing.
After booking HCL TAB very next day we received that tab that currier guy just handover delivery & asking about money & not seen anything. We handover money to currier guy & take that parcel.
After opening that product we got to know that was faulty TAB hence we again call to customer care & they told us to go at HCL service centar.
My Question is
1) If product is purches from you then why customer should go at customer care, this your responsible to get it checked as this is new product.
2) While sending Bill you haven’t mention IMEI no or serial number in bill.
3) Your customer Exicutive Mr. Bhushan is talking rudely with customer.
4) Your executive is for helping to customer or to order to customer.
5) Who will responsible for faulty product while receiving.
6) What are the procedure to get money back for faulty product.
7) Also in your mail sended by Mr. Sharma there is mistake as this product is 7999 & he sended me mail for 10000 bill amount.
8) Your first time call attender Ms. Tanvi dosent told about product information terms 7 condition.
