[Resolved] Star Cj Alive — Damaged electrolux microwave dispatched | |||
I have purchased a Microwave (convection type) of 23 Liter (Electrolux) which was received to me on 13th Dec 2013 around 16:40 PM, I opened it on 14th afternoon, but it was not functional. I registered my complain to STARCJ ALIVE customer care, my complain / service request was registered on 14th Dec 2013 at 18:48 PM. Mr. Manish (Executive Customer Complain) called me on 15th Dec 2013, and told me that, If the microwave have some major problem, then only It will be replaced .I told him, warranty cover operational fault or product, not the damaged receipt, so please get it replaced. My product didn’t even start or worked for 1 minute so why should I get it repaired. It was damaged product delivered (Only by chance).So why should I receive a damaged product. Please get it replaced. Electrolux mechanics / service man also checked the product they told me the, There is a major fault in the product. Its Microwave generator - MAGNETRON is damaged.
