[Resolved] Star Cj Alive — Faulty Tablet | |||
I had purchased Datawind UBI Slate 7C + Tablet from StarCJ.com on 8th Feb 2014. Received it on 21st Feb 2014. When started using it then I found that batter backup lasts only for 15 mins after full recharge. Also many functions like calling is not working on tablet and it is getting hanged/frozen in very frequently. I had informed Star CJ customer care about the issues on 22nd Feb itself and they told me that they will comeback to me in48 hrs. It has 2 weeks now and I am continously following up with Star CJ on this matter but I have been told again and again to wait but the issue remains as it is. I have paid them full amount and what I got in return is a piece of scrap. I am totally frustated now and want refund of my hard earned money that I had paid them.Please help me in this matter.
