Star Cj — Delievery of wrong product

Dear Sir, I placed an order to purchased a jewellery set of Sterling which is shown on 21st April 2015 In between 11.00am to 12.00am. There is ear cuff, Bangle pair, One Mangal sutra and a ruby necklace with ear rings shown on the T V. But I received Another order in which ear cuff not there and this is not the sterling product it is Utsokt. When I contact the customer executive for exchange then he said this product will not be change. There may be some price difference of Rs.200. I will pay the extra amount if order is different.
