[Resolved] Star Cj — Delivery of incomplete products | |||
I had ordered a package from Star CJ Alive containing a set of 17 organiser sets, 4 bed sheets, 1 laundry bag with free gifts comprising of 8 towels & 18 pieces container sets.To my surprise, the things that I actually received from the shopping portal didn't contain the free gifts. Also the bed sheets were not the same as demonstrated by Star CJ on television.When we called up the Customer Care of Star CJ, the Customer executive Mr.Sudhir accepted the mistake on the part of Star CJ and assured that we would receive the complete product within a period of 7 days. But the very next day we received a call from the Senior Executive saying that they cannot help us in anyway regarding this and that the package didn't consist of any free gifts. This is an example of how does a shopping network of such repute cheats one if its regular customers, who relies on the credibility of the demonstration.We had paid Rs4000 for the package which is obviously too much on the higher side keeping in the less number of products delivered at our doorstep. We expect the management to address the matter with sincere concern otherwise we will be left with no option but to approach the Consumer Court. Was this information helpful? | |||
