Dear sir i had purchased online microwave on 23th oct 2014 (delivery date) and the problem is occurs from same day and your executive visit at my place on 27th oct 2014 and he told me that the microwave not working and it required replace. Please suggest from where i can replace the microwave.you are requested to please arrange the help from your side ASAP Aside: i am yet to receive the bill.
