[Resolved] Star Cj — FALSE COMMITMENT ON DELIVERY SINCE 9TH MAY 15 | |||
My order number is [protected]. Had been given commitment for delivery on 10th sunday, then next date given was 11th and again date given is 12th. We called at number [protected] which was provided to us for logistics. The lady who answered the phone today spoke very rudely without caring for the sentiments. When we called customer care and told we will like to cancel the order and will like to some senior without any hesitation person on ur call centre very supportively said that he will cancel the order immediately. Wonder what type of service you people provide and how much care is taken for ur customers. I regret i have ordered for my room cooler from your site and such ruthless team you have to support. My purpose of ordering the cooler was to get it by sunday for some guests joining and whole purpose got spoilt. In your website also there is no complaint mail id.
