Star Cj — got cheated and no response from star cj | |||
Dear Sir / Madam I booked my order on date of 26 december to see it on television..got delievery on 29th december..but it's not exacltly seen on television..in television colors are darkish and thickness is good..but in my product pink and blue color lighter nd metirial is very poor quality also cloth metirial quality is very low wrinkels comes on clothesdate of delievery in television set it looks nice but when i get product in my hand it is very much thinner, no warmness in comfortor..I feels like cheated from star cj and blanc company, also stiffness is not seen as television poor quality..please take return your product and give me refund.. My order number is[protected] i already complain to star cj on date of december 29 around 6pm..he said you get solution in 48 hours but nobody contact me regarding this problem..even star cj contact me on 2nd january 2015 and said i understand your problem..but cant help you..our policy is this only.. i ask him what about customer's quality satisfaction..Mr.Mahesh Pujari said thats your problem if you unsatisfied with quality we cant help you.. I want to ask company why your complain department is situated only to give such a rudly answer?
