I, AVNISH KUMAR SHARMA was placed the purchases order of Item Name ‘’ReeV 110 pcs SS Dinner Set’’ by Telephonic conversation on dated 20th -Dec.-2014 at 08:00 PM approx through telephone No.+91-[protected]. when your advertisement (Tele shopping) program was going on in Television.
Thus I am very sorry to say that I received the product Item Name ‘’ReeV 101 pcs SS Dinner Set’’ on dated 25th-Dec.-2014 at 02:45 PM. Although I immediate paid the total sales invoice amount i.e.Rs.5, 999/-(Rs. Five Thousand ninety hundred & nine). In this respect I wants to change the product Item due to various variation in the received the product Item Name.
For the justification of the various variations between Purchases order of Item (Name ‘’ReeV 110 pcs SS Dinner Set’’) and Received Product Item (Name ‘’ReeV 101 pcs SS Dinner Set’’), I attached here the scanned copy of the Product Item Contents Slip which was received by me and also copy of Sales Invoice.
As I think, you will do the needful action and provide the same as per cited request for the customer satisfaction.

In this respect your customer care executive insists me to take and accept the product. They told me, there is nothing any variation between the both and they will send the short items and registered my request (Request No…….??).
