[Resolved] Star Cj — Incomplete delivery

This is regarding order no[protected], its been a month i register the complaint, I have ordered two Products from which one was not delivered to me, i paid the total amount as COD. Despite continuous complaining, no action was taken against my complaint.I have even tried to speak to the senior executives, but their only reply has been that they'll call back, although they haven't made any calls to me yet. I am extremely disappointed with their irresponsible attitude for their customer and you are kindly requested to take strict action against the matter as soon as possible.

Updated by Rasna Arya Its been almost 2 months, still didn't get any response for the above mentioned complaint. Now, I want my money back.Kindly refund the same.And this is the final request from my side. After this i will file a court case against STARCJ in consumer court as well as in Department of Consumer affair.
