Star Cj — Irresponsible & Uncultured Support

My name is Somanath & I Ordered for a mobile (Optima Smart - OPS 80) with Starcj.com on 24th May 2014 which i received it on 26th May 2014. When i received the product in my hand i found that there was a mismatch in the product and the invoice i received. When i called the owner of the invoice to get my original product invoice he was out of station. I also felt the matter there itself trusting that i can get the dupilcate of the invoice when i require. On 3rd Feb 2015 i had issue with with my mobile which i took it to the authorized service centre he asked me for the invoice of the mobile. I immediately contacted the customer support of starcj and raised a request to send me the invoice to my email id and provided the mail ids. Till today (5th Feb 2015) i have not yet received the invoice. i called the starcj customer care today (5th Feb 2015) many times (min 25 times) and the executives very very rude to me in answering to me. They put me on hold with the music and then disconnect the call. Finally somehow i spoke to the floor supervisor he promised to call me back which dint happen till now. A executive by name Sharik was very arrogant with me & i expect the concerned people look into the matter on a serious and will take strict necessary action against him. Finally they sent me a invoice at 3.30 (Appox time) which was wrong again. They sent me the invoice of a Grinder which i Ordered on 4th Feb 2015. the product was not delivered still but already got the invoice for that.

I wanted the invoice for OPTIMA SMART MOBILE (OPS80). Kindly arrange the same for me and send it to [protected]@gmail.com and also to [protected]@gmail.com on VERY HIGH PRIORITY BASIS.
