[Resolved] Star Cj — Item missing

I have ordered Lotto shoe combo pack (containing 8 items including the shoe) vide order No.[protected] dated 29.11.14 and have received a packet on 3.12.14. However on opening the box, we found that the main item "Lotto Shoe"is missing.since from 3rd December we are complaining to them every day but not giving any satisfactory reply and replying casually. Please guide me what to do? This is really frustrating.
