[Resolved] Star Cj — Juicer mixer grinder

I have purchased Juicer mixer grinder from Star Cj. As soon as I started it for the first time, the plastic of the product started burning. I have already called them on the customer care number thrice and they gave me a complaint number[protected] saying they will contact me back and replace my product or give us any kind of service possible. They haven't called me yet and when I call them, they keep on saying they will call me. What should I do? I have wasted my Rs. 3000 for this. Please help me with this. Was this information helpful?
