I hope atleast I would get an urgent attention on this email as this was not done on calls by your customer service.
The Order mentioned above was the one which was delivered to me in damaged condition. I had asked for the replacement which was done instantly and I did appreciate that. However let me tell you that appreciation for instant help and support did not last long as the exchanged product I received was faulty. Which has been a one time use which is not acceptable.
Since then I am trying to raise a complaint which is not taken care of. Your superiors even are irresponsible. And let me tell you my frustrations doubles speaking to your supervisors and one of the CSRs named Vishal Singh who does not know what is a customer service. He was so rude to me. Today also i called you and was on hold being transferred to a supervisor for more than 20 mins!!such a pathetic service!! Im not surprised because i have experiencing this with you, its been couple of days now.
I need a refund for this product as it would take ages for you to built in that confidence and trust. I will only give you time till tomorrow 5pm. If i do not get any response then I will make sure all will be on the social networking sites and I would surely mail you a screenshot for the same.
