I have purchased a Magic Mop against the following details:

Item Code:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] each 1 qty.
Initially, for around 2 months I was very happy and satisfied with the product. But all of sudden we realize that the junction point cap which connect the handle with the mop is broken and so it was not rotating any more.
I talked to customer support and they provided me a new one.
But unfortunately, this cap also broke within a month. We gave a positive feedback to our friends and relatives, they also purchased this product. But they doesn't face this problem. However, we also ensured that we are operating it properly.
This time customer support denying to replace it. I am not asking this cap free of cost, I am ready to pay the price of it but still they are not ready.
If that will not be replaced, my 2000/- rupees will be completely waste.
