That time asking your representative system error so will be calling within 24 hrs but I not received any call from your side. & I receive msg from your side my ID & password your site I had again called to you for booking order another my cell Number [protected] at approx 10:30AM on 28 Jul 14 & I had told your representative for book the same order, gift of 28 pcs Red colour dinner set, that time system error problem so no booked my order will be calling within 24 hrs but I not received any call from your side. I had again called to you for booking order another my cell Number [protected] at approx 10:00AM on 31 Jul 14 & I had told your representative for book the same order, gift of 28 pcs Red colour dinner set, that time system error problem so no booked my order will be calling within 24 hrs but I told to him but you not call me within 24 hrs not required your product I do't call again. I call received your side at approx 11:30 on 31 Jul 14 and asking with my address and product that time I told him want Red colour dinner Set & My Name is Shivakumar G J. He told ok same order placed your name & you receive within 5-7 working days, payment cash on delivery I agreed for the order. I had received on the order product From Gati Courier at 02:15PM on 06/08/14, that time I checked product & found 28 pcs Cream colour dinner set so that time booked complaint for change cream colour dinner set & I booked red Colour so I want red colour so please change dinner set he booked complaint I call received your side at approx 17:15 on 07 Aug and he discuss with me regarding that complaint and He told to me you booked cream colour dinner set so no change your product. Again I told him (he is name Ganesh) I want return your product so tell me how to return to Star CJ, he call dropped immediately.
