[Resolved]  Star Cj — Non refund of money for product returned

I, Tukaram Kadlag, have returned Laundry Hanger in 2 two days as I was not satisfied with the product. Order No. [protected]. In spite of delay of a month and several telephone calls, the money is not yet refunded. Several complaints raised by your back end people but no one know what is the status. Every time I call & they just raise complaint & clearly make false promises. I had again called[protected] number on 29.08.2014 & the person again just raised a complaint. I asked him to transfer call to his supervisor but he told that the supervisor will call me in next 5 minutes but that never happened. He even gave us a assurance that i will get a call in next 8 hours from complaint department but even that did not happen. What do you people expect that i just keep on calling & then forget about my money, then that will not happen. This is not at all satisfactory service given by Star CJ & will never shop with Star CJ henceforth. Even I recommend others to be safe while purchasing from you guys as it is not a trustworthy retailer. I hope this complaint will be addressed immediately & money refunded soon.
