[Resolved] Star Cj — pathetic & poor response for giving refund | |||
order number [protected]- received defective sarees in oct 14 & i have returned back the saress & i was told that refund cheque has been sent to me, which i have not received till date. It is more than 2.5 months till now & customer care response is pathetic. i strongly recommend other consumers not to buy anything from star cj as they are cheating & will publish the same in other websites as well & take up with consumer forum for cheating in prime channels.
