Star Cj — Receiving damaged product and unsatisfactory service from Domul Traders | |||
We received a product - New PN Diamond 4 pcs Non stick Pan from Star CJ (R. Shantilal Network Private Limited) on 1st Nov 2014 which was damaged and we called up many tiimes on Star CJ customer care and Domul Traders, Mumbai office but they told me to send the damaged Pan back to Mumbai office BEARING COURIER expenses.. Why should we bear the charges and as per your customer care suggestions that if Domul Traders can get the pics of the damaged product they can take the Pan and return with the new one, the concerned person at Domul Traders Ms. Manju bluntly refused that its not in our policy and is not possible..
