Star Cj — Refund for my order

I had ordered a jewellery set which was of not good quality thus I returned to them back but since I had paid cash on delivery thus I asked for refund which they said it will come by cheque. after following with them for many times in a month, now they are saying that the cheque has been dispatched by Vichare courier docket number 187263 but Vichare courier is saying they haven't received any such docket and asking for 19 digit bar code.
