[Resolved]  Star Cj — Refund Pendinf from 2 Months

Hello, My name is Vivek Kumar Chaudahry I placed the order with the star CJ Live on 03-Jan-2015 the order no. is [protected] for the combo of three sarees Costing rs.1999 but there was the quality issue its was damaged so i raised the request for the return and requested for my refund. so the courier guy came to pick the product after two days and he took that product. but its been almost 1.5 months but I still have not yet received the refund amount. I have been calling the customer care of the company but they have been ignoring this case. i have been calling them again and again daily even spoken to the supervisor many times they told me that I will be getting the call back every time I call them. but I have received no call from them till now. and now when I request them to transfer my call to supervisor they usually put me on hold and disconnected the call. I want to get my refund back please check and help.
