I am fed up with calling them and with your false promises. I am mentally harassed by these people... but after calling them on daily basis...they r not working on my complaints...also not refunding my money...i am really suffering from their behavior... I want them to return my money ...also with the compensation for the trouble given to me and giving wrong info on site...they r not responding me...they r always saying that they don't have info and people from their department will call me...but nobody called me for this issue from last 5 months...please help me getting me justice. I want 10, 000 for my suffering for compensation. I have cried and mentally harassed by their false promises, i have been on hold for30- 45 mints. Also i have called them 10-15 time in a day but they haven't responded back and no solution till now. It’s been 5 month i am suffering. I ordered this product on 15 june14 & got delivered on 17 June 14 1st complaint 17june within half an & hour They told me they will arrange cal back from complaint department & then product will be replaced I never received any cal back 2nd complaint at night 17 June they said they called me & had word with me but till today i didn’t received any cal back from your side 3rd complaint 28 august they when called i shouted on them they conferences my cal with Manju Punjabi (customer care senior executive) - she said courier that product in our address. We will give replacement I courier that product on October 4, 2014 & delivered on October 7, 2014 From that day till today every day i cal & ask for replacement but no updates Now i don’t want replacement i want cash back b'coz it’s about 5 months now i don’t trust u & your company. No guarantee i[censored] replace also i don’t believe if product will be damaged or in correct form Review: the company never dispatch / supply product on time. This will be my last order. These even don’t bother to answer complaint. I[censored] can find where & how to complain They delay the dispatch. Then they send you the product. Star cj alive work for money only. Not for customer satisfaction Please every1 don't do shopping with star cj alive if you have to options for money 1.
