Star Cj — transaction failed, but amount not refunded

On 23rd May2015, i had done a transaction which failed at my end but the amount got debited. so i raised a complaint with my bank. They have replied that the transaction got successful after two days and the money is with merchant.
Kindly look into this and refund the amount.
