Dear Sir/Mam, My name is Alicia Ajish, I had ordered Pack of 7 sarees from Star Cj now Shop CJ on 30th April 2015. My user id is alicia ajish and Order no.[protected]. I got very poor quality product as well as damaged product. and one of saree in this pack was stinking as if someone had used them. I called many time at their customer care and wasted my time and money for calling them, still my problem was not resolved . Executives every time says that back-end team will call you, but nobody called me yet. I asked for refund against this order but since 1 month i am following up with them and they are giving false promises that it will show up in the bank soon . I got very poor quality product as well as damaged product. and one of saree in this pack was stinking as if someone had used them. I called many time at their customer care and wasted my time and money for calling them, still my problem was not resolved .
Executives every time says that back-end team will call you, but nobody called me.after 15 days they called me and arranged reveras of product. I asked for refund against this order but since 1 month i am following up with them and they are giving false promises that it will show up in the bank soon . I am very frustrated and mentally harassed by their service.
Their customer care executives not even properly educated, they can not reslov the problems, they only say back end team will call you, but nobody calls. I am wasting my money since 1 moth for calling them, but nobody bother about it.
I request other costmoers that never buy anything from shop cj.
Sir please reslove my problem because it is 1 month now that shop cj is harrasing me mentally.
