[Resolved]  Star Data Connect — Fraud

hi all,
review regarding star data connect,
my friend was working on the 2000 forms thing from last 15 days, she completed her task and submitted the report but after her accuracy report came then she saw that she got more than 750 wrong but in those 750 wrong most of it was falsely done by the company as she has the screen shots of what she typed. Now she is filing a suite in the consumer court and she has all the evidence of her having her accuracy of more than 90%... they are just cheating on the professionals which are working for them.. Moreover their office in Gujarat calls her and says that they will fill the form on behalf o[censored]s and wants 10000 bucks in advance, when we enquired about this we came to know that its the branch of star data connect which is operating from the other state... these are bloody fraudsters and we should all file a case and make sure that their licence gets terminated and their office gets close down.

Thanks for this information. You mentioned that you worked on 200-300 pages, did they give you money for that? How they pay money, each month or take more time? Do they pay in cash/cheque or direct debit to our account? Are they good in paying our earned money?

Have you Read Contract Paper Which made between You & Stars Data Connect.
All the terms & Condition Are mention in contract. At branch we have given you Training for 1 hour we have explained in detail
in contract is clearly mentioned if you are not able to complete Your work No Refund, If you are not able to maintain Accuracy As per Plan then Also No Payment No Refund.
Read carefully what you have written In Feedback even you are not able to write my name Correctly Sufiyan Ahmad Instead of (Sufiana Ahemad). & I never met with You.
We have commited we will refund your deposite amount if contract will terminate within 24 hours of Trail work.
have you read this clause? So don't spread bad Rumour about the company.
as per the contract we can take strict action against you. its a matter of bread & butter of our Genuine Clients Who are earning Good income For their family.
Please provide correct details of yours. i.e REGISTRATION NUMBER OF YOURS & CONTACT NUMBER.

The Company is genuine That is why we are making Legal Contract On Stamp Paper Between Customer & Company

all the branches of star data connect are fraud they will not going to pay a single money which you are willing to receive, they are mother , cheters, dont get involve in it

I have been in contact with Deepa from the Andheri Branch...she told me about form filling job
Rs 20 per form ...Target 2000 forms in 15 Days...deposit Rs 3000.
What is the accuracy level required...
What happends after 15 days do we get more work to do or the contract is terminated

Deepa did not mention any documents required only Rs 3000... tomorrow what proof I have that I am working for stardataconnect?

I am looking for a longterm employment job...please advise.

The negative experinces mentioned above have disturbed me and i would like to meet you before i sign up.

hi everyone,
My self Prajakta i have also been a part of star data connect for ALP plan. This company is completely fraud company.
Their policy is only taking out money from customer and they dont pay anything. The query that you send to the customer service is not resolved and they themselves make mistake in sending the right matter. and ultimately it is us who suffer. I am planning to take them to the court because such kind of activity should be stopped. If they genuenly want something typed then why not in word why only in their software...
please guys come forward and lets complain for this fraud company

Till now the report is not published yet.Tommorow one week is going to complete. Star data connect told me that within one or two day the report will be generated. they did not gave me contract. After submitting 2000 form they tell me that that there is something called accuracy that you need to maintain. they have not generated the report yet

Hi all varun here i came to know same company like USSC which also gives work from home wherein you have to type 2000 forms in 15 days and pay per form is 20/- rs. and they are asking for a registration fee of 2, 000/- rs. The office is located in Mulund west. Can anyone tell me is this genuine or fraud ????

Hi every one i am satywan star data connect andheri marol naka office no, 202 thre are biggest cheter & fraud company they promised us to refund our mony back i am diposit 3000 & i am joining date 0272015 form filling work 15 din target hone par mai roj 12 ghate kam kiya aap ko kam karne ke bad bhi company aap ko 1 rupaya bhi nahi degi they did not pay anything & now they are refusing to refund our 3000rupees thire police is only taking out mony from custmer. Hi. Regarding Star Data Connect.
I received the report of 2000 forms, I got the accuracy below desired, i.e < 90%. Hence they say that its not possible to pay you for the remaining work and even will not refund the registration fees. I just want to know the +ve views or success stories. The report was generated exact on the tenth day of submission.

I might give one more try as i can give more than 90% performance. I will come back and give the perfect view.

yes, this is the biggest fraudest company ever... i submitted 2000 in 15days... after taking 5days for checking now they are showing me report of 88% accuracy... and one thing i want to tell you that i checked each form twice... they do mistake in our form by theirself... their main head office is in gujrat and they have permission to access our account even after submitting the form they can do changes in our account...


they never pay anything to anyone that's y there is no positive comment on web...

Hi, regarding star data connect. Yes these people are big cheats. They have the ip access they tamper with our work done while proof feeding and show that we have made mistakes. They operate from Gujarat they are big frauds and are supported by some big people and authoritative people also involved .We do not have any proofs and cannot fight. In fact they argue and speak with disrespect and speak loudly on the phone, which is attended by some person in Gujarat. We invest to earn not to become more miserable.Do not waste your time and effort and money to become more troublesome. I had checked my foams nearly 4 times even my husband, my sister, my sister in law all had checked the foams too, as they all wanted to join, if it would have been sucessful. they are big frauds and fighter cocks.

I went to this place on 2nd sept after i saw a advt in newspaper.. i read the contract.. and i asked my queries there.. so on the spot i enrolled myself. and from next day my work started.. my contract will end on 18th of this month. only 2 days are left.. i have been experiencing things like suddenly this login page is not opening. its taking too much time.. and with all that technical errors.. and yes i have proofs that whatever i have been said to write there are mistakes in their forms.. and they are saying us to type wrong.. and now when i noticed abt this site not loading.. i went online looking for reviews.. And this is wat i get to see.. now wat action should i suppose to take.. bcoz.. i still have some 240 forms left.. and this page is not loading so my family is saying if this is the case than dont work.. dont work bcoz even if you complete your work u wont be getting anything.. so i dont know now what to do.. If people with similar problems are ready to case.. I am in.. bcoz now it seems that 3000 that i have invested is a waste. my time is wasted.. i have wasted my days..

All I can say is the company is fake and making good money out o[censored]s. We need to spread the news that the company is fraud and put them out of biz.
