Dear My self jitendra jain from thane. I have received call from your department regarding switch my icici lombard policy. They insist to me that they are given many featured instead of icici lombard policy. On there request i planned to switch my policy to star health. After that your department concern executive force me to paid immediate and they send me policy switching form. And they were take my credit card no. With expiry date. I given my all bank detail but i told him that my card statement date generate in 19th july. You deduct amount after confirm by me. My issue is that your account deduct amount on dated 19th july without any call or confirmation. When i given our bank detail i told him strictly you can deduct amount after my confirmation. They told me that all conversation are recorded. I never do this type of work. I have already use my credit limit and due to this reason i have paid over limit fee to bank. When i call to your executive they are requested to me that we are sorry. Sir you told me who will pay the additional over limit and its interest to the bank. I have send the mail all authorities but still our payment is not refund. Please resolve my problem Was this information helpful? | |||||
