[Resolved] Star Health And Allied Insurance — Upgrade | |||
I have taken star Health policy of 2 LAC in 2013 Jan and upgrade it to 3 LAC on Jan 2014 and in May I have taken a claim of about 70, 000 for my wife Gall Bladder Stone operation, Now I want to upgrade policy to Rupees 5 Lac from last 7-8 days they are ignoring it and now they just called as said I can’t upgrade policy and its pure company decision whom ever company wish they can upgrade, no law or no where written this on website nor any document for it.
