Star Vijay (Vijay Tv) — poor quality of signal

sir, now we are using Hot star App to see Vijay tv programs, But We are not comfortable to see the tv serials as good as like like previous days through your hot star app.Because when ever we use hot star app it is always showing loading in the screen for a long time. Even we are not able to watch the add too, with out any disturbence. We are very much disappointed to see old serials through your app. What is the reason for loading on the screen for a long time? we kindly request Star Vijay to regret this problem through your broadcasting team experts and give us a good result as soon as possible.
