[Resolved] StarCJ — Defective product | |||
hello guyz, My name is Arun Kumar. I placed an order to purchase a Datawind7C+ tab on 3rd September 2014 (order no- [protected]) from Star CJ. I received it on 5th September 2014 (Invoice No[protected]. But i found given defects in this product. 1) Its charger is not working from the first day. 2) Touch pad is not working properly and there are a lots of scratches on it. 3) It does not detect sim card 4) It is looking like a second hand product. I registered a complain regarding these problems to Star CJ (Complaint no- 0908hr5716). I called to Star CJ customer care and talk to Mr. Sandeep ( senior customer care executive/manager ) and told them about my problem but he didn't give any satisfactory answer to me. He said that I had to go to Datawind service center (which is located in Panchkula around 150 km far from my home) and arrange a D.O for any kind of replacement of this defective product . it is not possible for me to go to service center and arrange a D.O for a new product ( defective product) (it is too far) I purchased a product from STAR CJ first time and facing such kind of problems really it is very disappointing I want solution of it and i hope you understand the value of time, looking forward for your early revert on the same please.
