I have sent two no. of FD receipts to the Branch manager SBH Mandewal Tq.Jewargi on 12/01/2014 for renewal. Today(03.02.2013) I spoke to the manager on phone, requested for early renewal. she is so arrogant and speaks without respect, said she is busy, not ready to speak and kept the receiver off hook and insulted. I have never seen such persons working in prestigious bank.Is this the way you trained your officers to treat customers of your bank?.. Why behavioral training is not given to the officers who deal with customers? Let her close my FD A/c if your staff are not able to renew FD and credit to my SB A/c.
If she is so busy in other than bank works and not able to convince the customers in proper way, let her leave the job & look after her home/family.
such staff/officers, who don’t have manners and good behavior should not have been posted where dealing customers is day today work. I may venture to say that this officer hardly knows to appreciate the difficulty of a good customer. I am sure that sitting on such a higher position in your organization, one must be concerned about the image of your bank, I am the very old customer of your branch, a line of reply is expected from you.
