State Bank Of Hyderabad — Didn't activate my registerd mobile number to my new atm card transactions | |||
Dear sir, my name is suresh kumar. I want to bring to your notice about the worst customer services providing by one of your branch located in bhoopalpally, warngal, telangana. One week back i have submitted request letter to attach my mobile no to my new visa debit card (Card no. [protected]) . Till now they didn't attach my no so that iam unable to do perform transactions online. Right now i am staying in hyderabad so that i can't approach the branch in person once again. So please take necessary action in due of my complaint and please attach my mobile no. [protected] to my debit card (Card no. [protected]) . Iam not getting otp. On my card transactions. Called to branch not responding, sent a mail not responding, Kindly activate my mobile num[protected] to all my card transactions.
