State Bank Of India — ATM Card not received

Address:North 24 Parganas, West Bengal

Dear Sir, On 13/12/2014, I received a message " Your SBI RUPAYDOMDEBITCARD ATM Card Despatched to Branch/LCPC by Speedpost NO.EQ[protected]IN. Please contact your branch for PIN." I tracked the item through online speedpost tracking system by using the consignment no. It shows that Item delivered (to SBI LCPC 22kg) on 15/12/2014. But unfortunately till today I have not received the ATM Card. Please Help.

I AM BARUN KUMAR. I HAVE APPLIED FOR ATM CARD ON 13/03/2015 BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. MY CUSTOMER COMPLAIN NO. IS CS[protected]. PL. DO NEEDFUL.
New ATM card not received even after 10 days passed. While I have told, will get within 7days after application submission.Facing money withdrawal problem, since My old ATM card blocked.
Sir my account no. Is [protected] . I have opened my account on 22 october 2014. At that time i have applied for my ATM card i waited for 1 month but i did not got it. THen i enquired about my ATM they told me we don't know ask your postman . Then i asked to our postman he told me that your ATM card has been returend back because of insufficient address Then i went to branch to check my address and it was correct then they told me to re- apply . After re apllying i waited for around 1.5 month but i did not get it. Again i went to offic they again told me we don' t know ask your postman and postman told due to insufficiet address your ATM has been returned back. I have made many complaints on your custmer care centre but still i did not got my ATM. I am really disappointed with your services .Now 7 months have been passed and still i don't have ATM .I am a student i really need SBI ATM thats why i opened my account but it was my biggest mistake to trust on your bank

Myself mullapudi vyshnavi and I have opened account in SBI Bank, rajahmundry, danavaipeta (Branch), ., Approximately 1 month but did not received the ATM Card. My A/c No. is [protected]. Name mullapudi vyshnavi

Kindly I am requesting your please delivered my ATM Card as early as possible. I would be very thankful to you sir.
Dear sir /Madam
I requested ATM card on 7/09/20 and u dispatched on 29/09/20, I was given Tracor number I traced and I was informed due to insufficient address, card has be returned to branch, kindly investigate and redeliver card at registered address, my account no is protected, my branch is 11 Parliament street code of branch 004041
My address is same as registered
Kindly deliver asap
