Hello, Please consider this as a suggestion, rather than a complaint. I am Muzeer Vaseem, holding an account [protected], from SBI, Chandanagar, Hyderabad. I have recently applied for upgrading my ATM card, as it has become old (used for almost 5 yrs now). And, I had to do multiple attempts at the bank to get that applied. Now, would like to suggest to improve the quality of the customer service in this regard. - Allow the customers to submit multiple proofs to support valid Identity and valid Residence. Meaning, for example, if the user is holding a Passport (with old residence address), and RC of the bike with valid residence; You can allow him to submit both Passport as ID proof, and the RC with the same name as Address proof, instead of asking him to get the Voter card which has both. - When the new ATM card arrives at home, it comes with a letter, which doesn't talk about bringing the Passbook along to collect the Pin. But, the officials insist on holding a Passbook to collect the ATM Pin. The reason being, he wants to verify the signature. When the person himself is standing before him, why does he want to verify the signature on the Passbook; He can verify any of his Identities (Vote card, Drivers Licence, etc., ) to give him the new Pin.
