State Bank of India — ATM withdrawn cash was not dispensed and amount debited to my SB account

Dear Sir, I was maintained savings bank account at salur branch since 2009 vide account no.[protected] on dt:06.012014 I was withdrawn cash of Rs.3000/- at SBI ATM located at R&B Guest house junction, Vizianagaram vide ATM ID No.S10A[protected] but cash was not dispensed and amount was debited to savings bank account on the same day. I was given written complaint to my home branch on Dt:08.01.2014 As on date no action tobe taken by the branch people PLease do the needful and credit the amount to my savings bank account my mobile no.[protected]
