I (A/c no: [protected], ific code: sbin0006636 a/c holder name: balakrishna sivvala) have been transferred money through upi banking by mistakenly to a/c no:[protected], ific code: icic0002359 but i have to transfer money to a/c no:[protected] same branch. Sum of rs 23.17 is deducted as dom surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd from my account what is the plus point of going cashless when bank can deduct some amount after the transaction is done. No where is mention that a certain amount will be deducted from account if you pay using card so that consumer can prevent from doing so its like cheating consumer to pay for using card and then later on deduct some amount from there account without giving...

I ordered a product worth rs.1286 from amazon on 19th june, 2019 via upi but due to size issue i returned in july after that company refunded rs.1286 on 21st july and according them the amount was credited in my account on 25th july, 2019, till today i.
