My Name is Azeezur Rahman. I have an account in SBI Branch 3572. I got a call on 21 Jul 2015 from one of the employees saying that my ATM PIN has been delivered to the branch. He told me to come and collect my PIN. I went to the bank to collect my PIN but the employee told me to come after 4 pm. Then I went again at 4 pm. Then he told me to wait 15 minutes. He made me wait there for one and half hour. Then he took my sign and ATM card no and saw my passbook then told to wait again. I waited for some time. When I asked him for PIN then he told me to come next day. I returned without PIN. I want that strict action must be taken against him.
