DEAR SIR/MADAM, NAME:K.ABDUL RASHEED ACCOUNT NUMBER:[protected] DEBIT CARD NUMBER:[protected] CONCERNED BRANCH:ANNA NAGAR WEST ATM ID:S10D[protected]. I DEPOSITED RS 800(100+100+100+500) IN SBI CDM AT ANNA NAGAR WEST E- CORNER. AFTER THE MACHINE DRAW MY CASH INSIDE IT DISPLAYED "HARDWARE ERROR ENCOUNTERED". I DIDNT GET ANY SLIP AND THE AMOUNT WAS NOT CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT. WHEN I CONTACTED THE RESPECTIVE BRANCH MANAGER HE TOLD THAT THEY WILL COUNT THE AMOUNT IN THE CDM WITHIN TWO DAYS AND THEY WILL REFUND IF THEY FIND THE AMOUNT I CLAIM IS IN EXCESS IN THAT MACHINE. HOW CAN I TRUST THE ONE THAT IS COUNTING. THIS IS RIDICULOUS REPLY BY SUCH A BANK. IS IT A COIN TELEPHONE OR WHAT. WHAT CAN I DO IF THAT MANAGER SAYS THAT THERE WAS NO SUCH AMOUNT IN EXCESS. THEY SHOULD HAVE IMMEDIATELY CALLED A HARDWARE PERSON AND SORTED OUT THE PROBLEM.IS THIS THE QUALITY OF CONSUMER CARE. IS THAT A TOY OR SOMETHING. I WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE MY BANKING WITH SBI BUT SUCH ACTIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE BY THEM. I COULD NOT QUARREL WITH THOSE GUYS. I DONT HAVE ANY EVIDENCE ALSO. IT JUST STOPPED AS IT IS. I WANT REDRESSAL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THIS IS WHY I NEVER STARTED BANKING TILL MY 21ST AGE Was this information helpful? | |||
