[Resolved] State Bank of India — CDM Hardware Problem; Cash not deposited

I've deposited Rs. 18500/- (Rs.500 X 37 notes) in Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) at Chatrapur, Odisha Branch on 25th August 2014 at around 2:45pm. However the amount was not deposited in my account.I've given a written complaint to the Manager (PBD) and the ATM In-charge is also concern about the matter. However, still after 36hrs. the problem was not solved; as the amount not deposited into my account. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)
Complaint marked as Resolved Within 72 hours after the issue and within 24 hrs after posting in this forum, my issue was resolved. However, I've never faced any problem through the CDM (cash deposit machine) in my branch; the issue was due to lack of negligence by the staff/officer/in-charge due to whom it took too much late. Thanks Consumer Complaints Forum for helping me in this concert. State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

i have depoaited rs[protected]×110) by cdm on 14.12.2016 at 17.25 . but a hardware error msg was displaied and my money stucked. i have given writen complaint to the linked branch ie. sbi, baddi ifsc code - sbin0005397. but till now it was not resolved
