[Resolved] State Bank of India — Change of Mobile number for online transaction

I had account in Mumbai Church gate and I have transferred account to Kota Main branch Chhawni choraha, Rajasthan. I have submitted mobile change form but till date it was not changed after continuous follow up in bank since 2-3 months. During every visit to bank regarding this matter they say we have changed the number but I do not get OTP on the submitted mobile number. Also contacted toll free number and registered complaint but there also they didnt gave me quick response and also didnt provided complaint number via sms as they have said during my complaint registering.
