State Bank Of India — Charging extra interest rate in home loan (A/C: [protected])

Sir Though my Interest rate in home loan account no. [protected] is always been in the range of 8% to 10% as per agreement. However, I am always being charged hire at around 12%. I had already registered one complaint of wrong interest rate charge. Acting on my complaint I got some refund. But original problem of overcharging still remain. Current month I am charged 17500 for balance of 1836000 which is around 11.5% though my present interest rate in 10% only. Similar situation prevails in all months. Kindly look into the same and arrange necessary correction and refund me the extra interest charged as well as extra interest charged due to higher capital balance(due to lesser amount paid in principal repayment).
