Sir i visited sbi stm at air force stn sulur for withdraeal of 5000 but the didpensed amount was 400 less number of notes correct but discrepancy in denomination insplace of one500 rs note dispenced 100 note which depriciated the requested amount by 400 rs .i complain the matter tkt no AT[protected].the incident took place on 30 jun15 at 18.11 hrs txn 5144 .bank is not ready to accept new kind of techniques to fraud customers .sir kindly look into the matter if such practice is going on it is very sad and instruct bank to reimburse the short 400 rs to my acct.

Updated by upa470 my Acct no [protected] earlier complaint includes the ticket no mentioned in complain they replied as transaction was successful i requested and elaborately explained the issue how it has occured but no fulfilling reply it has to be interrogated how such lapses are taking place either by machine i dont think
