State Bank of India — Check issue problem

Sir, I am a customer of SBI Singur, Hooghly, West Bengal branch. Bank code 10096. My account number [protected]. I request for issuing check book on 17th July 2014 but I can not get any check book until 9th September 2014. So again I use to knock them for my check book on 9th September but bank advise me to wait for one week. Now today I again went to the Bank but they did not get any positive feedback about my checkbook. So today, 21th September 2014, I want to look after about my check book issue problem and please solve my problem as soon as possible. I faced a serious problem due to checkbook now a days.
