State Bank Of India — cheque is not cleared

sir, I have an account in your respective bank My account no.details are [protected] nagarbhavi second stage bangalore 560072 I had dropped a cheque in this account on 10th April 2015 CHEQUE NO. 001783 amount of 5000 but till today your bank has not neither this cheque cleared nor returned We has gone so many times to BANK But every times they speak come tommorow come tommorrow not taking this matter serious now tell me WHAT TO DO who will solved our problem ? kindly solve it one time we already massege UNHAPPY to [protected] 15 days ago they called me and after listening told me will be solved but not yet please solve our problem THANKS yours faithfully mohd aslam
