State Bank Of India — COMPLAINT AGAINST SBI BRANCH MANAGER REGARDING MISBEHAVIOR & RUDENESS | |||
Hello Sir, This is Ritik Raj Singh holding a saving account in SBI Vijay Nagar Branch, Kanpur I am so much upset with the behavior of the branch manager and the staff of SBI VIJAY NAGAR BRANCH, Kanpur. I went there to open a new account for my mother on 20.02.15 They asked for the adhaar card but I said that I don't have adhaar card but I have Voter ID card & PAN card and other SBI branches are accepting those for identity proof and address proof and clearly it is written in the form that with these ID proofs an account can be open. But Branch Manager said to me, "Don't Argue". He was so rude. He don't know how to talk with the costumers. First of all they pretend that they are the top authorities of SBI and they do all the work for all branches in India of SBI and they can say anything to the costumer whatever they want to say. Branch Manager behaves like a big Gunda so that nobody can harm him like he says "if you want to complaint then just make a complaint against me, that's what I want but nobody is complaining against me" Now I was looking to make complain in SBI costumer care but there is no topic regarding behavior of branch manager or staff. So I'm complaining here with a hope that here somebody will take initiative against him.
