I visited SBI Internation cargo terminal, NEW DELHI branch for cash deposit in my PPF account, but the lady who was sitting on counters not accept the cash for deposit and she forced me to use the ATM card. Then she swap my ATM card (SBI other branch ATM card) in the machine and deposit amount on it after that she transfer said amount to my PPF account. But 50/- inter branch fees debited from my ATM. Regarding this I sent so many mail to the bank manager but still not received any reply from their end. Why that lady not accept the cash. Why inter branch fees debited from my ATM.
