[Resolved] State Bank of India Credit Card — Credit card excess amount transferred to some other Account | |||
Hi, I have been connected with SBI Gold Credit Card for more than 4 Years. I requested SBI to transfer my excess amout to my ICICI personal bank account on 26 MAR 2014. SBI customer care executive taken my wrong account number and amount has been sent to some other account. I talk to SBI credit card customer care many times during this three months perion, they replied "We have credited your amount to account number which updated in system". I have a SBI ticket number and Chennai Branch Manager Name who taken-up this request: "SBI Manager Name: Venkat Ticket Number:[protected] Branch: Chennai". Hope my request will solve.
