State Bank Of India — Debite Rs 9000 from my account

Respected Sir, I have savings A/c with SBI Rabindranagar Branch, i went to withdraw cash from behala tramdipu branch ATM counter, but i have not get any cash from atm but tranjection slip was came from with no[protected] on dated 11-12-14 at 3.50pm. After that, I have raised my written complain to my bank branch manager on dated 24.12.14 to get get my cash in my account .but till now i have not get my balance in my account.
