My self Sudhir Kumar pattanayak, is one of the customer of SBI NIMAPARA, ODISHA BRANCH.bearing account number [protected].Whenever i have visited to Branch i have found lack of services.Sir i am also a Bank employee and i know the pre sure of work.But that does not mean that for a single work i have to visit the Branch again and again.There are so many complains against the Dy Manager Nimapara Branch.
1.I have given 2 accounts for opening one is my mothers and another is my Brother in laws account since last 12 days.Still yet the account is not opened.Everyday i am going to Branch for that account.
2.Whenever i have asked for internet Banking kit of my father and sister, Mr.Dy Manager sir is telling that One madam is absent.when she will come you will get the benefit.When i have asked the reason, he is telling that she only knows about Internet Kit.
3.I have assked for green card, the concerned staff has told me that you have ATM, you can not take this.
Sir how your staff members are telling that, they have no idea, they can not do?They are subject to know.They are just trying to skip the work.
