[Resolved] State Bank of India — discontinuation of services | |||
I am holding vodafone mobile no [protected] on behalf of state bank of India. The bill payment is made every month through Internet banking. As per the details of bill received on my online banking, the due date of bill was mentioned as 03.06.2014. Still my mobile services have been discontinued since yesterday.I would like to know the reasons for the same. Please note that, as per the past history of bill payments, all the bills have been paid regularly. This time also there is no delay as the due date mentioned is '03.06.2014'. I have been trying to contact your customer care since yesterday, but it is more painful as even despite holding for more than 5 minutes, there is no further response from the operator and call is disconnected on its own.
