State Bank of India — Double swipe amount not refunding since more than 7 months

My account has been debited with Rs.1555/- twice on
27/10/2013. For this i have logged complaints no.PO[protected] and PO[protected] on
26/11/2013 which was closed without giving credit to me.Hence i contacted to branch and they said both the transaction were successful but how it is possible? If my first transaction were unsuccessful then obviously i made second transaction at merchant POS and it was Successful transaction within interval of 10 minutes only.
I want my extra debited amount of 1555/-.
